The new 2026 Westfalia Sven Hedin campervan range is prioritised for space and that’s why, even with the addition of a double bed in the rear of the campervan, there’s copious storage space left in the garage. Westfalia Kipling Campervans
Compact with standout features…
The Westfalia Kipling is a compact yet cleverly engineered 4-berth campervan built for daily usability and adventure. At just 5.45 m long, it’s based on a Ford Transit Custom chassis and showcases a manual 136BHP TDCi 2.0l engine, with automatic transmission available as an option. Its standout feature is the transverse rear bed, which can be folded or removed to give access to a large XXL rear storage area, ideal for bicycles, surfboards or other bulky gear.
Inside, the Kipling houses a side kitchen with a two-burner hob, sink, and fridge. Freshwater and waste tanks are 50 L each, and a Webasto 2,000 W Diesel heater keeps the interior warm. A pop-top roof adds a second double bed (192 × 128 cm) and features panoramic mosquito netting for open-air sleeping. Double sliding doors allow access from both sides, and the transverse bed arrangement means the lounge and kitchen remain useable even when the bed is down, an efficient layout not common in vans of this size.
Westfalia James Cook Campervans
All-year round practicality…
The Westfalia James Cook is a highly capable, year-round campervan that blends luxury, practicality and robust engineering. Built on a Mercedes-Sprinter chassis, the James Cook supports both 2.0L engines with options of BHP choices. You can even pick from a 6-speed manual or 9-speed automatic transmission as an additional option. Its interior is thoughtfully coming with a winter pack that offers you an underfloor heating and a heated shower tray, keeping you warm all throughout the campervan.
Sleeping arrangements are flexible and comfortable. Both models feature a rear tranverse bed, (bed sizes differ per each model) providing ample space for two, and a pop-up roof can provide additional sleeping capacity, making it a 4-berth van without resorting to slide-outs. Overall, the James Cook is designed to perform as a comfortable full-featured campervan with all-season capability.
