A new addition to Wandahome South Cave for 2020, the Westfalia Amundsen 540 D is a four berth campervan built on a Fiat Chassis and is less than 6 metres long. The Westfalia Amundsen is equipped to the full, a fixed double bed takes pride of place to the rear of the Amundsen which can be lifted up during transit to allow for a huge storage space, big enough to store bikes or other equipment. The sliding side doors of the Amundsen reveals a well-designed living area, complete with seating area and table and highly specified kitchen, including a 65-litre fridge, two-burner hob, sink and large storage facilities. What makes the Westfalia unique if the well thought out design of the washroom. Boasting a cassette toilet, vanity sink and shower head, nothing has been excluded from the Amundsen 540D. A 100 litre capacity freshwater tank supplies the shower and is heated by the powerful Truma 4kW combi diesel heating system. The waste water tank installed under the floor has a capacity of approximately 100 Litres, allowing you to journey off-grid.

The Amundsen 540D might be the shortest in the range, but it presses all the right buttons when it comes to quality, innovation and technology. Based on the short wheelbase Ducato the 540D comes with a large rear transverse bed, bathroom and Trauma heating to keep you snug.
